Job Summary
Lin Lat Kyaw Co., Ltd. is looking for dedicated and motivated Site Engineers to oversee on-site construction activities and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires close coordination with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily construction activities at project sites.
Conduct regular site inspections and monitor project progress.
Supervise subcontractors, workers, and installers to ensure work is carried out according to specifications and quality standards.
Meet with clients to discuss project progress and site requirements.
Coordinate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and the operations team.
Prepare site reports and provide regular updates to management.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
Resolve site-related issues and support timely project completion.
Requirements
Male.
BE (Civil), AGTI (Civil), or equivalent qualification.
1–3 years of experience in site engineering or construction supervision.
Possess a valid driving licence and able to travel independently to project sites.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Working Hours
Monday to Saturday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Overtime may be required when necessary.

Job Summary
Lin Lat Kyaw Co., Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Sales Promoters to represent our products and assist customers in selecting the right construction solutions. The ideal candidate should be confident, energetic, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service while supporting sales and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and introduce company products to customers.
Assist customers by providing accurate product information and recommendations.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Support sales activities and help achieve sales targets.
Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth customer service.
Maintain product displays and promotional materials.
Prepare daily sales and activity reports.
Represent the company professionally at showrooms, exhibitions, and promotional events when required.
Requirements
Female.
High school graduate, diploma, or equivalent qualification.
Previous experience in sales promotion, retail, or customer service is an advantage.
Friendly, confident, and well-presented.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willing to learn about construction materials and flooring solutions.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
